On Pentecost Sunday 2014, 06/08/2014 at 04.06 p m the VFDs Nittenau and Bergham were called for protecting a building against collaps.
On scene the foundation of a buliding had been undermined and a 8 meters wide and 3 meters high piece of the wall next to the river Regen had broken out. As the danger of collaps could not be excluded, the building was evacuated and more support was alarmed. Also a structural engineer was called in order to estimate the danger.
The emergency forces set up the protection and cordoned off the area until late at night.
At about 1:00 a m the building was safe and the inhabitants were allowed to return.
